Atlas Copco Power Technique in the UK is proud to announce the expansion of our Flow (PAF) team with the addition of two highly experienced professionals, Bill Salt and Justin Hartley-Pick.

This strategic growth marks a key step in strengthening our presence in the pump market and accelerating the development of our PAF strategy.

Bill and Justin bring with them a wealth of knowledge and industry experience in both submersible and surface pump technologies. Their combined expertise, passion for innovation, and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in driving our PAF business forward. As we continue to invest in and grow our pump portfolio, the expansion of our team reflects our ongoing commitment to providing robust, reliable, and efficient pump solutions to our customers.

Below we hear from both Bill and Justin and their plans for the new roles.

"As the new Business Development Manager for Submersible Pumps at Atlas Copco, my primary focus will be to strategically grow the Atlas Copco submersible brand by expanding both direct and indirect sales channels. By identifying key markets, building relationships with stakeholders, and leveraging Atlas Copco’s reputation for high-quality products, I aim to increase market penetration, develop new opportunities, and create long-lasting customer partnerships. I will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximise the potential of this product line."

"I see the future of this role as an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the Atlas Copco Power Technique division. As the market for these products continues to evolve, I plan to continually assess new opportunities for innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. I’m committed to advancing both my own skills and the division’s growth, adapting to industry trends, and fostering an environment of collaboration within the team."

"I’m thrilled to be joining Atlas Copco at such an exciting time. The company’s commitment to investing in people, resources, and research and development is inspiring, and I’m excited to be part of a team that is leading the way in innovation. With such a strong foundation, I’m eager to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and to help drive the PAF division to new heights." Bill Salt, Business Development Manager UK & Ireland – Submersible Pumps.

“My role within Atlas Copco as a ‘Regional Sales Manager for Surface pumps’ will be to build on the success and take Atlas Copco to the next level within existing and new markets in a strategic and structured process. Atlas Copco is a global and recognised brand that builds machinery to an extremely high standard, and I include diesel and electric surface pumps within this statement. I will work with all stakeholders to maximise our strengths within an exciting and demanding market.

“Since I started with Atlas Copco, I have been warmly welcomed, and I feel that I am working with enthusiastic people that are committed in growing our market share. I know I will be able to learn from the experienced people around me while also being able to contribute with my experience and knowledge.

“I see an exciting future ahead in Atlas Copco Power Technique division and being a part of this strong team with great working ethics and values we can only go from strength to strength. My focus will always be customer centric ensuring they receive the right pump, supported by a high standard of service and support”. - Justin Hartley-Pick, Regional Pump Sales Manager UK & Ireland – Surface Pumps.

We’re thrilled to have them on board and excited for the impact they will make as part of the Atlas Copco Power Technique UK team.
