Our Inline TCR is entirely focused on the screwdriving process and seamlessly complements the Atlas Copco Ecosystem. Equipped with CE-certified safety fencing, light barriers, PowerHead with 3D vision and a mechatronic station for pallet stop and fixation. The robust base frame, safety doors, conveyor tunnels, and robot base plate allow smooth integration into your production line. The centralized control platform with standardized interfaces (IEC61131-3) offers intuitive HMI, web-based access, predictive maintenance functions, and global flexibility for new variants and setups.
