The GHS 350- 3500 VSD+ Series is a range of new- generation, intelligent, oil-sealed rotary screw vacuum pumps with Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology from Atlas Copco .Based on the well-known and durable plug-and-play design principles of Atlas Copco compressors, the GHS vacuum pumps have been designed by vacuum engineers to deliver peak performance at your operating pressure. The Atlas Copco GHS VSD+ vacuum pump proved to be superior to the three others technologies in terms of energy performance. This can be related to the following key features:


  • Screw technology: The screw element has been designed to give high flow with a minimum amount of absorbed power which results in lower energy consumption

  •  VSD technology that can respond to change in demand, so the technology will slow down or speed up depending to demand consuming only the energy needed. 

  • Inlet valve to limit the peak energy consumption at start up.

  •   Set point control which saves energy by maintaining the process at the exact pressure needed for the application. GHS VSD+

    The GVD series of small oil-sealed rotary vane pumps deliver excellent ultimate vacuum pressure, high pumping speeds and superior vapor handling capabilities with quiet operation. All pumps/motors are approved to UL and CSA standards by an external test house and feature our patented mode selector switch, meaning one model is suitable for both high vacuum or high throughput applications. The GVD pump is ideal for analytical instruments, electron microscopes, physics research, backing turbo pumps and leak detection applications. Configure the same pump and it becomes suitable for distillation, laboratory furnaces, backing vapor pumps, solvent concentration, freeze drying and other drying applications. GVD

With one of the smallest footprints in the market the LRP VSD+ is available as a standard package with everything needed including accessories and main motor delivered in a single neat enclosure. The VSD+ is for set point control which helps maintain and match the vacuum levels required.     Atlas Copco liquid ring pumps form the backbone of multistage systems in materials of your choice to the specifications you need. With the help of Atlas Copco vacuum engineers, the possibilities are endless. Along with plug and play features Atlas Copco AWS, AWD and AWL series of liquid ring vacuum pumps. Both the AWS and AWD are available as one or two stage pumps with vacuum levels down to 30mbar(a). Atlas Copco liquid ring pumps are ideal for pumping wet or dry gasses with a high tolerance for liquid carryover, especially on condensable processes such as distillation, drying and evaporator duties.     Boosters

    ZRS 1200 Mechanical booster pump

    Based on the simple Roots principle, our mechanical booster pumps remain the favourite pumps for applications where high pumping speeds are required for pressures in the region of 0.01 to 50 mbar. This pump must always be backed by another pump, which can deliver against a high-pressure differential to atmospheric pressure. Operating at relatively low pressures, the mechanical booster pump is not exposed to the same concentrations of corrosive process media as is the backing pump, which makes it highly reliable.
