Atlas Copco Rental supports nitrogen production after sudden breakdown

Ulm,Germany: when the nitrogen production at Linde Gas was threatened after a sudden compressor breakdown, they promptly gave us a call. Just two days later, our solution was up and running, providing them with the much-needed flow of oil-free air.

As one of the leaders in its field, Linde Gas supplies various gases that play crucial roles in different industries and applications. A compressor breakdown at their German production site threatened to interrupt nitrogen production which would result in the dreaded production loss. One phone call later, we pulled all strings to get a custom-made solution up and running in no time. And just two working days later, an oil-free compressor that reaches a flow rate of ca. 2.000 Nm³/h at 6 bar arrived and was installed on site. Our setup provided a reliable flow of air for the next three months. The complete package included an Atlas Copco ZT 315 VSD FF delivering up to 48,5 m³/min at a working pressure up to 10 bar with a pressure dewpoint of -20°C. With all matching accessories such as electrical cables and air hoses. We handled the entire project, from organizing logistics after the initial call, to decommissioning 3 months later.
