Traditional PTO and FlexTime

We know that balancing home and work life can be difficult and is contantly changing. That's why we remain focused on establishing workplace policies that are both modern and flexible. In addition to providing up to 15 vacation days in your first year with Atlas Copco, we also provide up to 15 paid holidays as well. We also offer three different versions of flexible working arrangements! 

  • Telecommuting. This allows our employees to work from a remote location one day a week.
  • Flextime. The flexibility in work starting and ending times.
  • Compressed Work Week. When an employee continues to work 40 hours per week, but within 4 or 4 ½ days. 

Benefits  & Employee Assistance

We take pride in the robust benefits package that we provide to our employees, such as 100% coverage for preventative care and Telemedicine options. You are eligible for insurance on the first day of the month following the first day of employment. In addition to medical, dental, and vision insurance, we offer many voluntary benefits, including pet insurance, critical illness insurance, and Group Universal Life. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is also available to assist employees and their dependents.

Wellness Programs

We want our employees to stay as healthy as possible; that's why we provide a $150 annual wellness checkup reimbursement per employee and a $100 annual checkup reimbursement per eligible spouse!

Maternity and Paternity Leave

We provide 10 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, and you also have the option of taking short-term disability, which extends your leave to 12 weeks. We also offer 2 weeks paid paternity leave - including for adoptive parents!

Retirement & 401k

Eligibility for 401k contributions starts 31 days after employment begins. We will match 50% of the first 6% that you contribute. Our company's automatic contribution to your 401k is 3%, regardless of whether you contribute or not; this can be increased to 5% with time and company tenure! 

Tuition Reimbursement

Our company offers tuitiion reimbursement for college courses, including up to $14,000 for graduate school and $8,000 for undergraduate.

Employee Referral Program

We know that your professional networks are filled with qualified professional connections. For every qualified hire that you refer, you can receive up to $1,500!

Internships & I.M.P.A.C.T. Sales Development Program

We offfer a variety of summer internship positions for rising juniors and seniors in locations across the United States. Our six-month I.M.P.A.C.T. (Integrated Mentionship Program for Air Compressor Technologies) Program is available for recent college graduates, and provides an intensive practical and hands-on training in the air compressor industry. At the end of the program, participants are qualified to take field-based sales positions across the United States.
