James has been at Atlas Copco since 2013, and he began in the Service department. During that time, he became familiar with our tools and equipment and was able to work closely with customers in manufacturing facilities. He joined the Product Marketing team in 2018. James’ focus areas and products include our battery tools such as the Tensor STB, TBP Battery Pulse tool, and more. James uses his experience with technology in computer-related industries to excel in his current position. In fact, his Service department experience comes in handy in the current world of manufacturing. James has always had the mind of a tinkerer and has been taking things apart just to see how they worked since he was a kid! He enjoys using a hands-on approach to solving problems.
