Global Internship Program
Our internship program is more than just a summer job. When you get involved in our Global Internship Program, you are experiencing a unique opportunity for university students to gain real-world experience while collaborating with peers worldwide. Each year, 25-30 students across the globe participate in this transformative program, working on strategic business challenges that impact the Industrial Technique Business Area. Interns are immersed in an international environment where they gain valuable industry insights, engage in knowledge sharing, and contribute fresh perspectives to key business topics.
A highlight of the program is the Strategic Business Challenge, where interns tackle real-world problems, guided by senior management sponsors and HR mentors. Over the course of several months, participants collaborate virtually on innovative projects before traveling to Sweden to present their final solutions to the leadership team. This global experience enhances professional growth and builds a strong network of future industry leaders, all while reinforcing Atlas Copco’s commitment to fostering emerging talent and innovation.
