User-friendly controls

It is equipped with our Elektronikon MK5 Touch controller which allows you to manage pressure setpoint control, temperature and pressure easily.

Protective air inlet filter

The pump comes with a paper filter that protects elements from dust and particles, resulting in a longer lifetime with the lowest pressure drop possible.

Neos inverter for variable flow

The Neos inverter is a best-in-class integrated variable speed drive (VSD) for superior energy efficiency. It adjusts speed according to process demand.

Low noise and maintenance

The DHS 3000 VSD⁺ features a fully enclosed canopy with silenced doors and baffled air inlets. Its oil-free technology reduces maintenance costs.

Our new dry screw vacuum pump, the DHS 3000 VSD⁺ is engineered to deliver maximum vacuum performance with significantly reduced energy consumption. Built around Atlas Copco’s patented asymmetrical rotor profile, this dry screw vacuum pump offers a highly efficient, reliable solution for a wide range of rough vacuum processes. A highly efficient gearbox transfers power from the motor to the blower element. The cooled oil circulation system ensures gear durability and long-term reliability.
