The AWM (Automated Wheel Multiple) PowerHEAD, built and developed on a tightening centric modular platform, is a one-stop solution for the entire process of assembling and tightening the wheel. Combined with our 3D vision system from ISRA and mechatronics, such as pitch- adjust, gripper and screw/bolts presenting interfaces. AWM serves as a unit of the automatic workstation for tire - wheel assembly tightening machines, consisting of 6-Axis industrial robots, wheel conveyor lines, screw/nut feeders and magnetic/vacuum sockets provided on AWM tool shafts.
