Within the Industrial Air division we are currently looking for a CRM administrator.
Your responsibility is to manage the administrative work and maintenances related to the CRM tool, which is called Cloud for Customer (C4C) in an efficiently way.
You support all brands within the industrial air division so that customer centres can accelerate on sales efficiency .
You will support the divisional BPX in matters related to an efficient quotation process in C4C.
You will centrally manage data, processes and systems related to an evolving CRM system.
You collect, validate and publish documents (product descriptions and technical data sheets) in C4C.
You coordinate with translators to publish the information in different languages.
You coordinate with customer centers for their validation prior to publication.
You maintain divisional materials including product descriptions and technical datasheets that are necessary for CRM tool.
You prevent duplication of work, possible errors at customer centers.
While you maintain the data, you will also update those to other platforms such as Sharepoint, Business Portal etc.
You will be the first point of contact for customer centers for matters related to divisional materials.
You work together with the communication and marketing team to keep customer centers informed on new updates or releases.
You take part in user acceptance testing for new implementation or projects and coordinate the different (sub-)projects originating from it.
Depending on evolution of the quotation tool /CPQ you may be required to make developments in the processes & systems as deemed necessary by industrial air division.
Be able to prepare divisional reports on adoption, data quality etc. and and organize regular follow-up and updates for each part of the world
You are able to make spot checks on quality of the quotation , usage of the Divisional materials and further discuss with customer centres for improvement .
Bachelor degree (e.g. office management)
