Job Description

Within the operations team of Power Technique service division, we strive to serve our customer in the most efficient way, ensuring excellent customer service. For this we need clearly defined processes, user adoption and the supporting systems. To effectively realize this strategy, we are looking for a Global Process Engineer.

The most important responsibilities:

  • You coordinate the worldwide implementation of new projects and processes and train the aftermarket teams for both the existing and new processes and systems  
  • You develop process driven Key Performance Indicators to measure and improve the adoption of the best practice processes and systems
  • You document and create standard working procedures for customer centers to follow
  • You help grow the business by translating the marketing requirements into operational processes and systems
  • You perform on site process and efficiency assessments at customer centers and create action plans to improve
  • You help and trouble shoot user’s questions, by doing thorough analysis

Mission

In first instance, you will focus on the processes and programs used by the customer center front office. More specifically, focus will be on customer relationship management (C4C), pro-active lead generation and service quotations. Your goal is to increase the customer satisfaction while reducing the efforts required in the front and the back office.

Nevertheless, you actively build up the knowledge of the entire E2E quote to service/sales process. Being multifunctional will increase the flexibility within the team to work on the divisional priorities.

Experience Requirements

Ability to work in a global environment

Experience with functional/technical analysis of systems, capable of writing clear specifications

Experience in project management and process improvements

Ability to clearly map Processes

Knowledge of SAP, C4C, MAM² is considered as a plus

Educational requirements

Ideal candidate has a university degree in applied or commercial engineering, business administration or equal by experience

Personality requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong drive for customer support and sense of urgency. You have a “can do” attitude, which means you get the job done even though it requires some effort. You easily reach out to others both within Belgium as internationally. You understand the importance of adoption and change management. You identify quick wins and enjoy having them implemented. You are a process minded, analytical person with excellent presentation and communication skills. Trips abroad are not a problem for you.
