• Preparation of the installation setup • Creation of the PLC mapping • Arrangement of system administrator on site • Installation of up to 5 tools on a single system (incl. PLC) • Programming of up to 3 parameter sets • Tightening strategy - standard or complex • MFU 50 according to Atlas Copco Global Standard/Service • 50 tightenings, on a test assembly - application range 1 - 450 Nm) • Other configuration / installation • Configuration of max. 2 accessories according to customer specifications (excluding mini/maxi display and operator panel) • Fieldbus connection (PLC) • Initial operator briefing • Instruction of up to 5 operators (max. 1 hour) on the same day of EasyStart • Start-up support • Accompaniment of the start of production (max. 1 hour) to ensure that the system works as expected • Only applicable if the production starts directly after commissioningPrerequisites
• Specifications for programming the P-sets, accessories and communication interfaces must be provided in advance by the customer. • Prior to performing the EasyStart, the customer will be contacted by an Atlas Copco representative for specification submission. • The customer must ensure that all work can be performed without waiting for the Atlas Copco technician. • The customer must ensure that the control is hanging in its designated location on the day of the EasyStart. • Drilling for a selector box is not part of the EasyStart and must be done by the customer.EasyStart Fixtures Plus
