• Set-up of tightening controller (PowerFocus 4000/6000)* • Configuration of Max 3 unique P-sets** of the tightening tool and controller • Set-up of virtual licenses (FMS) • Integration of 1 electric assembly tool • Configuration and setup of one standard DC assembly tool,(cable or battery) • Configuration of positioning hardware*** • Physical connection of articulated arm with positioning system • Configuration of sensors • Cable connection to controller system • Installation of ILS Software • Installation via FMS Portal or USB stick • Configuration and Set-up of ILS specific software**** • Geometric Configuration • Max. 20 Positions of ILS software for up to 2 workpieces • Simple process set-up according to basic user guide (ILS manual) • Set-up of industrial PC or HMI (optional, dependent on application) • Configuration and Set-up of HMI Screen/Industrial PC • Setup of Photo or Visual representation of work piece (to be provided by customer) • Accessories configuration • Max. 2 standard accessories are included in the basic set-up of EasyStart ILS (e.g. Stacklight, Barcode Scanner) • Start-up support • Accompanying the start of production (max. 1 hour) to ensure that the system works as expected. • Only applicable if production starts directly after commissioning. • Documentation and sign-off report * No fieldbus connection. Communication setup of customer network, is not included and will be quoted separately, if required. Information must be supplied beforehand by the customer and specified to be accurate quoted. ** No advanced strategies are included in the standard scope. *** Physical installation of torque arm at station to be supplied beforehand by customer. • The ILS receiver must be installed in advance by customer • Specifications for programming P-sets, process, images, accessories and communication interfaces must be provided in advance by the customer. An Atlas Copco representative will contact the customer in advance for this purpose (scope call). • The customer must ensure that all work is to be performed without waiting time for the Atlas Copco technician.EasyStart ILS
