• Update of components • Assignment of licenses (virtual stations) to controller and tool • Programming of parameter sets (P-sets) • Standard 2-stage tightening strategy of up to 3 P-sets according to customer specifications* • Or multi step with max. five steps • Accessories • Configuration of up to 2 accessories** according to customer specifications • Barcode scanner: Max. 18 barcodes • EasyStart operator training • Instruction of up to 5 operators (max. 30 min.) on the day of installation • Start-up support • Monitoring the start of production (max. 1 hour) to ensure that the system works as expected • Only applicable if production starts immediately after set-up * No optimized parameter settings ** Excluded are Mini / Maxi displays and Operator PanelsPrerequisites
• Specifications for programming the P-sets, accessories and communication interfaces must be provided in advance by the customer. Prior to performing the EasyStart, the customer will be contacted by an Atlas Copco representative for specification transfer. • The customer must ensure that all work can be performed without waiting for the Atlas Copco technician. • Drilling for a selector box is not part of EasyStart and must be performed by the customer. • For pulse wrenches, the scope of service also includes a pull-on torque measurement with 5 measurements (application range: 1 - 400 N-m). To perform this service, the customer must ensure that all parts are available when the Atlas Copco technician is on site. If components are not available on the agreed date, this function cannot be performed.Notes
• Optionally, a tool test or machine capability test (MCT) according to VDI/VDE 2645-2 can be added to the installation package. If no tool test / MCT is added, the tools are delivered ex works. The tools are only tested for functionality, not for capability according to applicable standards or Atlas Copco Global Standard/Service. • For pulse tools, the scope of supply also includes a residual torque measurement with 5 measurements (application range: 1 - 400 N·m). To perform this service, the customer must ensure that all parts are available when the Atlas Copco technician is on site. If components are not available on the agreed date, this function cannot be performed. • The performance of a test in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 is not included in the standard scope of installation.
