Measuring the width, position, and continuity of adhesive applications in automotive production is essential for a high-quality result. With RTVision.3D, we bring quality assurance to a new level with an additional application height measurement. This checks the volume applied according to your needs. You can use RTVision.3d in your production, especially for curves and round bead applications. Due to the six laser units in the sensor, we achieve a detection range of 360 degrees and full bead monitoring. Casting shadows in curves is no longer a problem.
