Description
Pleated Fiber Filter cartridges
The pleated filters effectively retain particles through single or multi layers of melt-blown polypropylene fiber. The filter media is combined with support layers and integrated into a robust cage with reinforced core and end cup making it suitable for nearly all operation, service, and cleaning conditions.
From laboratory-scale filters and capsules to standard filter cartridges for production scale, all filters incorporate the same media and identical materials of construction, eliminating the need to requalify filter units as processes are scaled up.
PFP filters are completely made from polypropylene utilizing thermal welding techniques to seal all the components thus optimizing device integrity, thus assuring a broad chemical compatibility with a large number of solvents, acids, and bases.
Polypropylene is a highly chemically resistant material, enabling the filters to be chemically regenerated. The all-polypropylene construction guarantees a small extractable footprint.
Our products are manufactured strictly to ISO 9001 standards within a controlled environment and fully comply with EU Regulation No. 1935/2004. Furthermore, all materials used are in accordance with FDA Title 21 and meet USP Class VI requirements, providing batch traceability for complete peace of mind.

Their key features include high flow and low-pressure drop and wide chemical compatibility and can be used in a wide range of applications like particle removal from solvents and paints, removal of colloids and yeast, and filtration of potable, cleaning, process, and product water.
PFG-L filters provide reliable and efficient filtration for high-flow applications and have an extended service life thanks to its outstanding dirt-holding capacity. Its filter media consists of pleated multilayers of glass fiber with support layers integrated into a robust cage with support layers integrated into a robust cage with reinforced core and end cap.
High flow pleated polypropylene
PFP-L particle removal large diameter polypropylene filters provide reliable and efficient filtration for high-flow applications and have an extended service life thanks to their outstanding dirt-holding capacity. Its filter media consists of pleated multilayers of melt-blown PP fiber with support layers integrated into a robust cage with reinforced core and end cap.
Its key feature is wide chemical compatibility, no fiber migration, and easy handling – quick replacement.
It can be used for filtration of potable, cleaning, process, and product water as well as clarification of beer, wine, cider, syrup etc.
Compressed air & gas filtration
Prefiltration and sterilization of gases
PFP-G/PFG-G/SFG/SFG-G/SWG range of fiber filter cartridges provides reliable, efficient, and validated sterilization of compressed air, nitrogen, and other gases.
Their key features are high flow capabilities and low-pressure drop. They can be used for sterile venting of tanks.

PFP-B filters provide reliable and efficient trap filtration for beer and wine. They are specifically designed to remove filter aid, have a high dirt-holding capacity, and are backwashable. Its filter media consists of high-density pleated multilayers of melt-blown PP with support layers integrated into a robust cage.

PFP-A particle removal melt-blown PP filter offers absolute depth filtration of liquids in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
PFP-A filters provide reliable and efficient filtration while having an extended service life thanks to their outstanding dirt-holding capacity. Its filter media consists of thermally bonded fibers layered on a central high-strength core with increasing fiber density towards the core. Thus, ensuring effective depth filtration and making it suitable for nearly all operation and service conditions. The bonded fibers assure no migration even under pulse conditions.
The filters can be used in pre-filtration of chemicals like paint and ink, in filtration of potable, cleaning, process, and product water, and for reverse osmosis membrane protection.
