Stainless steel filter cartridges
The Atlas Copco range of Sintered stainless steel and pleated stainless steel filter elements are integral components in industrial filtration, particularly for applications involving steam, aggressive fluids, or elevated temperatures.
Sintered stainless steel elements have a porous structure created through the sintering process, providing robust mechanical strength and resistance to extreme conditions. This design makes them ideal for filtration in aggressive fluid environments. Pleated stainless steel filter elements utilize a pleating configuration to maximize filtration surface area, enhancing efficiency in capturing particles from steam or high-temperature fluids. Both variants exhibit durability, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability, making them indispensable for maintaining the integrity of processes across a spectrum of industries.

Powder sintered stainless steel filters
MSS filters provide reliable and efficient filtration for steam, high-temperature, and corrosive gases and liquids. They have an extended service life thanks to their robust construction and durable materials. The high-pressure sintered construction has many equally distributed voids with excellent permeability. They are fully welded with no adhesives or glues used.
Their key features include high flow and low-pressure drop, absolute retention rate (gas), and regeneration by ultrasonic bath. They have wide chemical compatibility and are suitable for repeatable cleaning.
They can be used for culinary steam filtration, high-temperature gas and water filtration, in oxidant and corrosive streams. Their use extends to steam, gases and liquids.

Pleated Stainless Steel Filters
MPSC filters provide reliable and efficient filtration for steam, high-temperature, or corrosive gases and liquids. Their pleated construction in combination with a large surface area provides high dust-holding capacity. They have an extended service life thanks to their robust construction and durable materials. They are fully welded with no adhesives or glues used.
