Accountant /Бухгалтер (на период декретного отпуска сотрудника)

We are looking for an Accountant to manage the following

Role / Responsibilities:

Issue of invoices in 1C

Issue of invoices duplicates in 1C

Reconciliations with customers

Processing of customers' remittances in 1C

Customer advances ' matching in 1C

Original documents' filing

Customer contracts' filing

Customs declarations processing in 1C - simple

Customs declarations processing in 1C - complicated

Sales Report preparation

New customers creation - in the appropriate systems

Correction of customer data per request

Customers' advances per divisions file

ACR reconciliation (GL vs 1C)

Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and Business controller

* What we expect of you?           

·Accounting/Financial background (BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree). ·Min 3 years working experience. ·Intermediate English. ·Responsibility ·To be good team player. ·Stress resistance  ·Advanced MS Excell skills ·Execellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures ·Strong attention to details and accounting documentation
