Spare Parts and Service Sales Representative, Tashkent

Your mission

As a Spare Parts & Service Sales Representative be responsible for developing the service and spare parts sales business from existing customers and developing new customers in appliance with Company's strategies, goals and targets. Take active participation in maximizing the sustainable growth of our Compressor Technique Service business across the Uzbekistan territory by promoting sales of the service products in accordance with agreed business plans and in a manner that all products are promoted. 

The role

Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing productivity.

Negotiate and close the orders.

Prepare commercial offers, calculate and estimate costs of service jobs, and spare parts supply.

Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as the status of competitive activities and "red flag" issues related to business in the region.

Undertake proposals of assigned service products, calculate sales prices by applying the discounts strategy, and using the appropriate quoting tool IQ2.

Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop CTS Products presentations; carry out the sales presentations to customers; active participation in the development of action plan for the promotion of new service products.

Develop the service and spare parts sales business in the assigned region in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the existing and potential customers.

Maintain and report sales activities; constantly updating the direct manager and/or CTS Business Line Manager with customer visit reports, sales results, opportunities, and quotation status info.

Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area/region.

Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue; take all necessary measures and actions to eliminate overdue. 

Liaise with colleagues (from other divisions) handling capital equipment sales to coordinate activities where appropriate to maximize customer relationship and business outcomes.

Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.

Establish and maintain proper communication with colleagues and other people to get the job/ task done.

Customer relationship

Maintain regular contact with all customers.

Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the territory and ensure an excellent standard of customer satisfaction.

Customer visits

Plan & schedule frequent visits to existing customers sites and new potential customers to target areas of business; promote and expand the current business through service product portfolio with support from the service engineers team.

Understand the need of customer and generate opportunities for aftermarket products (Spare parts, Fixed price, Overhaul, Service plan).

Leads

Act timely on assigned back office leads like – Smart link leads, Sales Campaign leads.

Timely updating of lead status. Convert them to opportunities and order.

Reassign and allocate leads to another salesperson if required. Do not leave any lead unattended.

Skills and experience

Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adapt to new products/ technical developments.

Working experience (at least from 1 to 3 years) in an industrial environment.

A clear understanding of optimized territory management.

Strong sales techniques and skills with substantial work experience in B2B direct sales.

Excellent sales record from selling high-quality products to Industrial users. (Previous experience from working in a foreign company is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written Russian as well as Uzbek required. English (both written and spoken) would be a good advantage.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Good listener; problem solver; confident; ambitious; team worker.

Self-directed and good organizational, interpersonal skills.

Be proficient in Microsoft office 365 and Excel.

Must have a valid driver's license (B category).
