Forward Plate Compactors Rammers Forward and Reversible Plate Compactors Application Story

The forward and reversible plate compactors supplied to Boels Rental will include a number of new LG 504 models equipped with compaction indicators. The compaction indicator consists of a system of lights which clearly shows when sufficient compaction has been achieved. It also reduces the risk of overcompaction, which can lead to unsatisfactory end results and unnecessary wear on the machine.

The order also includes a number of LT 6005’s, Atlas Copco’s award winning rammer. Equipped with a purpose-built Honda GXR120 engine, this machine provides all the power needed to handle the toughest soils. Noise and emission levels are low and the rammer is easy to handle, even in confined spaces, thanks to its slim design and easy steering.
