What made you decide to have a career in Atlas Copco?
Atlas Copco is a great organisation to work for and the leader in the industry, it was very appealing to work for such an international company and when I heard about a vacancy there I applied and thankfully I got the job.

Can you describe your role in 5 words?
As Business Controller I need to make sure that we have robust processes in place in order to contribute to the development and growth of our business. "Communication and interaction amongst teams is very important for me to know our strengths and opportunities.

What advice would you give your younger self about being a woman in the workforce?
Aim high, it is your work and results that are considered and everyone has the same opportunities in the company. "Participate in different projects to gain broad knowledge, there are plenty of opportunities in Atlas Copco and you define your own career.

Why do you think diversity is important in a workforce?
It brings up different perspectives and ideas into the business, which are necessary for adapting to changes while maintaining and improving productivity and growth of the company.
