Manual Joining Solutions

Manual solutions can offer higher accessibility and flexibility as well as faster returns on investment costs. They are ideal for small operations or specialised tasks as they are easy to maintain, cost effective and have excellent ergonomics.

Fast and easy rivet installation

Rivets are fed either loose and individually inserted into a magnetic nose or on tape packaged in convenient cassettes for simple storage and retrieval.

Precise and versatile

Ensure precise, repeatable riveted joints with adjustable force (20-80kN) and automatic retraction, guaranteeing consistent fastening to specifications.

Completely customisable

The C Frame and the throat is completely bespoke to your joining needs. We work with your specific application to build the right solution according to your requirements.

Our manual joining solution solves many challenges for the offroad and rail industries. As well as being customisable to your application, our tool is easy to operate which makes adoption seamless. With no sparks or fumes generated during the process, our manual joining solution is clean and sustainable as it operates without the need for water or air.

Henrob Handheld Rivet Setter

Our cordless, battery-operated pop rivet solution is ideal for on-site repair and low volume prototyping. Its small profile and rotating C-frame head provides flexible joint access and maneuverer ability while delivering the same secure joints that can be expected from Atlas Copco’s larger self piercing rivets systems.

Bonder X is a light, handy and perfectly balanced manual applicator. It minimises operator fatigue and increases productivity.

With FM60 the manual application can reach a new level of precision. The flow monitor measures the applied material volume and provides direct operator feedback. Quality issues are detected immediately, rework is reduced.

The tracing and documentation of the application result is important to optimise the dispensing process. FM60 offers full traceability, stores the application results and helps to save material and costs.
