We base our tool maintenance processes on our exclusive knowledge of our own tools. Our globally certified solution - ToolCover - offers agreements at different levels that allow you to take care of your investment, minimize your costs while maximizing productivity.

• Better performance with reduced risk of breakdowns • Reduced number and severity of repairs • Extended equipment lifetime • Improved product quality ToolCover Protect is our basic service agreement for annual preventive maintenance. ToolCover Protect is offered at a fixed price per tool and year with yearly or monthly invoicing.Scope
Preventive maintenance and calibration
• Planned preventive maintenance by Atlas Copco-certified technician • Disassembly of tool • Cleaning of all mechanical parts • Inspection of all gears, bearings, motors and electronics • Change of service kit • Control of safety functions (grinding tools) • Lubrication/greasing • Oil change (pulse tools: EP/EPP/TBP; grinding tools: GTG/R) • Speed test (grinding tools) • Functional test • Object list with recommendations for better performance • Tool calibration by Atlas Copco-certified technician • Functional test before calibration • Adjusting reference values if necessary • 10 measurement points at torque • Performed with accredited calibration equipment • Certificate of calibration (when using Atlas Copco calibration equipment) • Occurs in connection with preventive maintenance • 5% discount on spare parts for all your contracted Atlas Copco tools • Cannot be combined with other already existing offerings, promotions or discounts • Only valid for tools sent in for repair at Atlas Copco service workshop Additional work and spare parts used in addition to those included in each service kit and in the agreement are charged separately and according to the current price list. If the repair cost exceeds 40% of the machine's new acquisition value, the customer is contacted and the work is carried out only after approval from the customer. Warranty
• 3-month warranty on work performed and 12-month warranty on spare parts from the time of service • Extended product warranty 12 months at purchase of new tool • Confirmation of new tools to be added to the agreement is needed Documentation
