In this video, we’ll show you how to adjust the pressure and flow on an XC4003 controller.
- Start from the main screen and press, the middle button on the left-hand side of the screen
- Press enter to enter into general settings.
- Ten, twenty, which is your pressure set point 1, press enter.
- From here, scroll down, - press enter.
- From this screen here you can raise and lower your pressure set points
- Once you have adjusted your pressure set points, press enter.
- Press X to exit this screen,
- Scroll down to ten thirty
- This is Flo Set point, one press enter.
- Pressure set point one is set on automax, this is for maximum CFM flow of this machine,
- If you would like to restrict the flow of this machine, press the down arrow and press enter.
- From here, you can restrict the flow of this machine to a specific requested flow amount.
- Once this is set, press enter.
- Press X to exit this screen.
-Pressure can be set and flow can be set a second way, that is from your main screen press X two times, go back to your main screen, press and hold the enter button.
- This is your pressure set point, you can raise and lower your pressure set point from this screen,
-Select the pressure set point you would like and press enter
- Use the right arrow to adjust flow.
- This is not adjustable if in the automax setting.
-Once your pressure and flow is set, you are free to start the machine
- Both pressure and flow can can be adjusted on the fly while the machine is running.
