The Gold Club

Atlas Copco 25 years recognition

To honor Atlas Copco employees who have completed 25 years of service in the group, we have a special recognition. To show our appreciation, employees that reach this milestone are awarded a golden pin & watch. This pin marks their entry to the Atlas Copco Gold Club and is proof of their dedication to the company. The Gold Club is our opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the employees who have been part of the Atlas Copco Group for more than two decades. The club is exclusively for current and retired employees and was established to keep colleagues together and honor long-serving workers. It enables people to meet regularly to maintain the Atlas Copco spirit even after retirement.

Group Management Atlas Copco.

The Gold Club is not only a way of giving recognition to those who have worked for the company for a long time. It’s also an important part of maintaining and developing our culture. The members share so much knowledge, passion, and dedication to the company. To me, the Gold Club represents the very best of our family culture.

The Gold Club is a fantastic way of honoring our people, and it enables us to stay in touch and keep a lasting network. It is also intended to strengthen the feeling of solidarity between the company and the Gold Club members and increase personal contacts and friendship ties among members.

Gold Club

On 13 March 2023, our current and retired employees with 25 service years in Atlas Copco Egypt have gathered with Handan Sahin,  VP Holding for MENA & Central Asia at Atlas Copco, along with Egypt’s General Manager Robert Koeck, where they had their first yearly gathering over the Nile. It was a time full of positive vibes and appreciation to our people for their dedication and loyalty throughout their service years, as they witnessed the historical changes, development, and growth of the company and how our values shaped our past, present, and future, enhancing our core competencies that we have today.
