The Atlas Copco LZL vane air motor with gear combinations are suitable for high-torque at low-speed applications. The motor is directly mounted to helical gears that transfer the motor's power to the output shaft. Gears have a ratio range between 6.3:1 to 164.5:1, corresponding to a speed range of 512 to 17 r/min and output torque of up to 1836 Nm at maximum output. Typical industries served include pulp and paper, mining and petrochemical. The LZL vane motors are available in foot and flange mounted versions. The LZL range also includes vane kits for both lube free vanes and vanes that need lubrication.
