Cristina’s career journey began in the logistics sector, where she developed her skills as a customer service agent. Her passion for interacting with people and delivering exceptional service laid the foundation for her success. When the opportunity at Atlas Copco arose, Cristina knew it was the perfect fit.
“I was drawn to the reputation of the company, its innovative projects, and the strong company culture,” Cristina shares. “I saw this role as a great opportunity to leverage my skills in client communication and product knowledge. I’m excited to contribute to the team’s success and be part of the company’s growth story.”

Cristina’s decision to pursue a role as CTS Internal Sales Coordinator was driven by her love of communication, problem-solving, and strategy.
“Internal sales is about more than just selling,” she explains. “It’s about building deeper relationships with clients and truly understanding their needs. I enjoy nurturing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and this role gives me the opportunity to focus on that.”

“These skills have prepared me to excel in internal sales,” she says. “I’m eager to apply them to help build lasting client relationships and drive the company’s growth.”

She also shares her personal goals for the next year:
“My primary goal is to increase sales revenue. To achieve this, I plan to enhance my product knowledge, refine my sales pitch, and focus on upselling opportunities. I’ll also dedicate time each week to online sales training.”
Advice for New Team Members
Having recently joined Atlas Copco, Cristina has valuable advice for others who are new to the organisation:
“Take advantage of the onboarding resources and training sessions. There’s so much to learn, and asking questions—even the basic ones—can help you get up to speed faster. Everyone here is incredibly supportive and willing to help.”
