Job description

Compressor Technique logistics is rolling out the SAP S/4 HANA solution with embedded warehouse management and transport management in our global distribution centers. We went live successfully in the North American service center, the Asia-Pacific service center and the Torino Distribution Center (Dec 2023). Next on the planning is the distribution center in India (subject to approval) and finally the service center in Antwerp.

For this very important strategic project we are now looking for a motivated and competent functional analyst master data to be part of the core team. You will be reporting to the DC IT program manager. Your task is to participate in the master track of this project in line with the overall project planning. It is your responsibility to make sure that the requirements of the different DC’s are aligned as much as possible and are compliant with Atlas Copco way of working.

You’re responsible for:

1. Ensuring master data integrity, maintaining the processes to support data quality and identifying areas for improvement. You work together with the functional streams to understand the data requirements. You collaborate closely with MDG on master data initiatives.
2. Roll out related activities: you extract the master data from legacy, coordinate the cleansing, load the master data and do the initial validation. You document the data processes and keep the documentation up-to-date. You create the training material and train the users.
3. System support: you are the point of contact for incidents and questions (second line) regarding master data. You support the business when master data changes also require system changes.

Experience requirements

- You have a solid knowledge of (the Atlas Copco) Master Data processes

- You have good knowledge of SQL, Power BI or you are willing to learn.

- You have a clear understanding of the master data impact on the operational processes

- You have a proven experience with SAP or you are eager to learn SAP

-  You know how to translate the business requirements into ERP

- You know how to write functional and technical specifications for developments

Knowledge

- Speaking English fluently is required.

- Software skills like Office are required
