Compressor Technique logistics is rolling out the SAP S/4 HANA solution with embedded warehouse management and transport management in our global distribution centers. We went live successfully in the North American service center, the Asia-Pacific service center and the Torino Distribution Center. Next on the planning is the distribution center in India and finally the service center in Antwerp.

For this very important strategic project we are now looking for a motivated and competent functional analyst to join our core team. 

Your main overall task is to roll out purchase to pay part of the solution to the next distribution centers, manage improvements projects for distribution centers already using ACDC, be the main contact person of business key users in the distributions centers, align with the business process owner to safeguard the template and processes.

You’re responsible for:

1. Maintain, roll out and improve the ACDC template through interaction with the different stakeholders and by configuration of the system or developments.
2. Change management

• You work closely with the different stakeholders (business and technical) to convert the requirements into practical solutions and at the same time challenge the status quo and look for improvements
• You write the functional specifications
• You do the first unit tests of new developments
• You develop the test-scenarios for the end-users
• Manage the cutovers to the SAP system
• You document the functional SAP-process and keep this documentation up to date
• You create the training material for the end-users
• You train the key-users

1. System support

• With system upgrades you test the various processes by using the test-scenario’s and consulting the end-users.
• You’re the point of contact for functional problems and questions (second line) regarding order to cash or purchase to pay.
• Support the business when operational changes also require system changes

Experience requirements

-You have a solid knowledge of the logistical processes in particular regarding purchase to pay

- You have a good knowledge of the applications being used in Atlas Copco (GIM, Be2NET, ..)

- You have experience with SAP in the MM module or you are eager to learn SAP

- You know how to translate the business requirements into ERP

- You know how to write functional and specifications for developments

- You know how to manage workshops

Knowledge

- Speaking English fluently is required.

- Software skills like Office are required

- A master’s degree or the equivalent by experience.
