Boost performance with the versatile and efficient XAHS 408 compressor
11 March 2020
Powered by a Stage V engine, the XAHS mobile compressor is perfect for applications where power, efficiency, and mobility are essential. With up to 24m³/min airflow at 8.6 bar, it’s perfect for applications like drilling in marble quarries, sandblasting to blast hole drilling and everything in between.
Lowering emissions is high on the agenda
In 2019 and 2020 a variety of regulations were introduced across Europe to limit harmful emissions as much as possible. These regulations also apply to mobile non-road equipment.
The XAHS 408 is the most recent addition to our Stage V fleet. With these new engines, we not only reduce harmful emissions, but increase efficiency by up to 6% when we compare it with other, similar, compressors on the market. In short, this means that Atlas Copco Rental equipment with Stage V compliant engines meet the strictest regulations and are the cleanest on the market.
Even when you have to rely on temporary equipment, you can still reach your sustainability goals!

Easily handle rough conditions
The XAHS 408 was tested both in lab and field conditions to ensure optimal performance and be as efficient as possible. From wide-open spaces to more confined indoor locations, we’ve tried it all. The side doors, designed as gull-wing doors, allow for easy access to all service points. This, in turn, reduces services times and increases efficiency. The XAHS 408 is designed to withstand the toughest working conditions and is compliant with the strictest Stage V regulations out there!
