As part of our commitment to be more customer-centric, we held the 3rd edition of the Atlas Copco Customer day themed “Smart Air Solution” in collaboration with our local distributors and inviting both existing and new potential customers from various segments like; Food and Beverage, Pulp and Paper, Packaging, Soap and Cosmetics, Metallurgy etc.
The aim of the 2-day annual event is to seek feedback on our product and services while providing lasting solutions to their challenges and showcasing innovative product designs.
The workshop was split into 2-sessions, a technical session for Utility/technical personnel and a Cocktail interactive session for Managers. The event kicked-off with an introductory speech from our Country Manager (Raphael Kiandiko), while the agenda for the events encompassed a powerful presentation by our Business Line Manager for West Africa (Engr Olusola Aluko), which focused on technical benefits of Smart Air solutions. Also, amongst other presentations, there were live demonstrations of different scenarios which highlighted how the customer relates with the vendor during the buying process, which gave room for a good interactive session.
The event was a complete success as always and the turnout was tremendous. Some customers shared their success stories from using Atlas Copco solutions while some decided to buy a few compressors on the spot, our technical sales representatives were prepared for that possibility and followed up with the sales successfully.
