Q1: How do you feel about the representation of women in our field or industry?
I believe increasing gender diversity in service engineering is crucial for innovation and progress. While historically male-dominated, I'm encouraged by efforts to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities. I'm committed to supporting and encouraging more women to pursue careers in our field.

Absolutely. There was a troubleshooting session involving a compressor for a key account where my suggestions on resolving an issue that halted the machine were highly welcomed by the team. It was validating to see my contributions valued and integrated into our problem-solving process. This experience reinforced the importance of inclusivity and collaboration in achieving successful outcomes.
