Atlas Copco Power Technique worked closely with the customer RJ Webb Commercials in suppling our Electric E-Air H250 VSD Compressor for use within the shotblasting division of their operations.
End Result
Since the application of the Atlas Copco E-Air Compressor into their operations, the customer has calculated fuel savings of approximately £6,000 per year. Further to this, following on from the changes in red diesel, the requirement to purchase diesel has been negated due to the use of the E-Air compressor. With the facility of the PACE technology, the customer can control the pressure and flow of their compressor which has resulted in further savings due to the ability to reduce the air pressure that is required at one time. Additionally, the customer has further estimated that they have reduced their shot blasting material by a minimum of 10%, resulting in a net saving of £1,200.
