How does the CALIVAN work?
The CALIVAN offers an alternative to sending tools in to a service shop for preventative maintenance and calibrations. This mobile solution provides full tool service capabilities at the customers' facility. Tools are serviced onsite in our mobile shop and returned to production within a couple hours. Eliminate shipping hassles, freight costs and any risk of loss or damage in transit.
When should I use the CALIVAN?
Atlas Copco's CALIVAN service is most economical for customers with a minimum of 10 production tools including transducerized power tools, pneumatic or battery clutch tools, manual click wrenches, smart wrenches. Tool capacity is up to 1000 Nm or 700 ft-lbs.
What service does the CALIVAN offer?
The CALIVAN provides factory and ISO 17025 accredited torque and angle calibrations, full inspection and preventative maintenance, emergency repairs of your tightening tools, manual wrenches and material removal power tools. Visits can be scheduled in advanced and booked around your production schedules to maximize tool availability. Experienced, knowledgeable technicians, factory certified to work on your Atlas Copco equipment perform the work at your plant.
What type of calibrations are offered?
CALIVAN provides both factory calibrations and ISO 17025 accredited calibrations for torque and angle of tightening tools.
