Compressed air energy savings Audit

Check your compressed air system with our AIRScan program with 35% off and save up to 30% on your Energy Savings Call us on: 01202922391

Did you know?

Compressed air installation of more than 5 years old has an average 20% of air leakage. Air leaks are a big waste of energy, which couldn't be ignored as it would cause a huge amount on your electricity bill.

What can our Airscan program do for you to eliminate the air leak?

Atlas Copco offers a complete compressed air leak check program, providing leakage identification test with ultrasonic leak detector  at the site without interrupting your production. Our experience engineer will trace the complete compressed air line network to find out the leakage points, quantify the leaks in terms of volume flow to understand the severity of leaks and list the leakages . At the end of the Air Leak Check program, you will receive a detailed report of in-depth evaluation of problems along with recommendations for leak repair, and save up to 30% of energy immediately by closing the energy gap.

Note that this audit almost always pays for itself in savings.

AirScan program from Atlas Copco Egypt

What is AirScan?

An Atlas Copco AirScan is an inspection of your air system resulting in recommendations for any further actions

What will happen to my production during checking my air?

AirScan can be carried out without any disruption to your production.

Why should I do it?

Our AirScan will diagnose all common problems including pipework leaks, pressure and drainage.

Save energy: up to 30 % off your costs

Our unique compressor audit software simulates various configurations of your compressed air installation. This allows us to provide realistic projections on potential energy savings

Save on energy consumption with maximum uptime.

AIRScan offers a reliable analysis and actionable insights for energy efficiency improvements

Manage your air system’s energy efficiency for ISO 50001 and ISO 110011

AIRScan follows the ISO 11011 standard for compressed air energy efficiency assessments. This ensures that your installation is assessed based on a clearly defined framework. The AIRScan can also serve as a benchmark for ISO 50001.

Clear report

An AIRScan report provides a summary for decision-makers, as well as an in-depth evaluation of problems and solutions for your technicians

Reasons why you need an AirScan for your compressed air system?

Airscan
  • It helps you diagnose all common problems including pipework leaks, incorrect operating pressure and inefficient drainage
  •  Saves 30% of your energy & decrease your production costs
  • AirScan can be carried out without disruption to your production

calculate your energy savings!

How does an AirScan work?

1- Our engineer makes a visual inspection of your entire compressed air system, from air compressor to point of use, all of the ancillary equipment along the line and even the compressor room environment.

2- Equipment is checked for condition, appropriate capacity, ISO compliance, unproductive running and demonstrating your air  air leaks

3- After we check your system, you will receive a no-obligation written report, outlining where running efficiency improvements or energy savings could be made, & highlighting any non-conformance with ISO standards or wasteful practices.

4 - AIRScan or airChECK covers a range of parameters throughout your whole system, from compressor room to production processes. , such as:

  • Flow testing
  • Air leak detection
  • Air quality testing

5- Measurement & analysis of pressure &  dew point 5- AirScan also provides you reporting and recommendations of the most suitable methods to reduce  your energy costs and CO2 emissions.
