"Customer Day" in Tangerang city
This event was held as a form of appreciation and to maintain very good relations with our customers especially in the Tangerang area. This opening "Customer Day" that we held on May 2nd, 2019 at Novotel Tangerang began with the welcome of the General Manager of Atlas Copco Indonesia Aryashree Depayan to customers who had arrived.
Customers who come were divided into several groups. One group consists of 15 or more. Then directed to the available stage to listen to the presentation and ask questions about our products with our presenters. The purpose of this group distribution was for the attendees to be more intense and to communicate clearly with our presenters.
Each division prepared 3 different modules from OFA division, Air division, CTS Marketing, and CTS Operations. All modules provided coming from different equipment for the customers, they had a very valuable time to share and Q&A with all the presenters not only just sit and listen to the presenter. This time we prepared 10 modules and We made 10 groups for customers. More than 80 customers from 50 companies in the Tangerang area attended this event.
We have several modules available in several stages to be presented, namely :

5. Genuine Parts
7. Site Gas Generator
9. Connectivity (Smart Link)
10. Variable Speed Drive
Which is our special concern is industry 4.0 that we have applied to Smart Link. Where the user can receive updates on the state of the compressor directly from our tool via the mobile application. Interesting right? We continue to develop our products by adjusting the era. By utilizing the development of information technology, productivity will be measurable for the development of your business.
Our customers are very enthusiastic about attending this event because they could express what was on their minds and could ask directly to our presenters. Every question stated will be as much as possible we answer because our presenters are people who are experts in their fields. This event takes approximately 7 hours. Starting from 10 AM to 5 PM. In between, we held a coffee break and a friendly gathering together.
At the end of the event we give a sign of love to our customers also do not forget we took a picture together. We are very inspired to be able to provide the best solution, service for our customers. And we will keep continuing the Customer Day event in several regions to reach all of our customers.
