On October 17, 2019, Atlas Copco Indonesia held a Customer Day for the Compressor Technique and Industrial Tolls and Solution Division. This event was held to maintain good relations between us and our customers in the Karawang region as well as a moment to show off our latest products and technology updates from Atlas Copco. The attendees who attended this event were more than 100 people and were also attended by each Business Line Manager along with our Sales Engine who were ready to present the advanced tools from Atlas Copco
There is something different with the customer day event that we are holding this time, because the Atlas Copco Indonesia Compressor Technique division will collaborate with the Industrial Tools and Solution division to show off their reliable products. On this occasion we displayed products that were divided into 9 booths. Among them for the Oil Free Air (OFA) Division, we displayed 2 booths, a Centrifugal booth and a Screw and Low Pressure booth. For the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) and Marketing Division we feature 2 booths, AIRNET and AIRSCAN. For the CTS Operation Division 1 booth. For the Industrial Air Technique (IAT) Division we feature 2 booths, VSD + and On Site Gas Generator. And the last for the Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly (ACTA) we feature 2 booths, Smart Connected Assembly and Data Driven Service.
Customers who come are divided into groups. One group consists of 15 people or more. Then they were directed to an available booth to listen to presentations and ask questions about the product with our presenters. The purpose of this group division is that the participants become more intense and can communicate clearly with our presenters. Our customers are very enthusiastic about attending this event because they can express what is on their minds and can ask directly to our presenters. Every question that is asked will be answered as much as possible because our presenters are people who are experts in their fields.
This event lasted approximately 7 hours. Starting from 10 am to 5 pm. In the middle of the event we held a coffee break and entertain the attendees who have come. And at the end of the event we distributed some door prizes and signs of love to the customers who came, also we did not forget to capture photos together. With this event we hope to provide the best solutions and services for them. And we will continue to hold customer day events in several regions to reach all our customers.
