Lucky Star Weaving reduces energy cost with 23%

Lucky Star Weaving Co., Ltd. was established in 1982. They are complete high-quality woven polypropylene manufacturers and distributors from the production process to finished product. Moreover, they supplied and distributed a large variety of bags to both domestic and international markets such as Asia, Australia and America.  Lucky Star Weaving decided to improve the entire compressed air system to reduce energy cost by energy audit program "Airchitect". Then, Atlas Copco simulates data and present them to use VSD air compressor to save energy and recommend to install air compressor as Centralize system, improve air piping to be distribution loop to maintain air pressure at every point of use. By optimizing and analyzing the compressed air system, they found energy cost in 2019 was reduced continuously and save up to 23% from the previous year after they improved the entire compressed air system. So the energy cost reduced from 8.2 million baht per year to 6.2 million baht per year.
