Compressor Technique ZE ZA

Atlas Copco has expanded its range of low pressure oil-free rotary screw compressors. Specifically manufactured to operate in a broad spectrum of pneumatic conveying applications in industries such as cement, gypsum, food & beverage, pharma and glass, our new ZE 3S ensures a continuous 100% oil-free air supply up to 2.5 bar(e) at the lowest possible life cycle cost.

The ZE 3S low pressure compressors incorporates Atlas Copco’s latest oil-free screw element, a robust gearbox and an IP55 motor that is totally enclosed and thus protected from dust ingress. The machines are also protected against influences of extreme ambient temperatures thanks to the optimal process and air cooling flow. The new silencer design eliminates pulsation while the insulated canopy reduces noise levels and provides excellent protection of the machine in harsh working environments.

With the new ZE 3S, Atlas Copco has expanded its low pressure compressor range with a new generation that differentiates itself in both technology and design.

The new ZE 3S has one of the smallest footprints on the market and can deliver compressed air up to 2.5 bar(e) whereas most units on the market can only deliver up to 2.0 bar(e).

Flexibility is also a feature of the ZE 3S compressors. Thanks to the compact plug-and-play design the units are suitable for any kind of indoor or outdoor application. Moreover, customers have the flexibility to change the scope of supply. For instance, Atlas Copco can deliver the compressor without motor or starter as requested. Atlas Copco can also provide machines capable of operating at ambient temperatures between -20°C (suction 30°C) up to 50°C. The ZE 3S compressors are built to ensure complete product safety. Every compressor is ISO 8573-1 Class 0 TÜV certified, ensuring 100% oil-free air supply for critical applications and minimizing any risk of oil contamination to production processes.
