Vacuum adapters from Atlas Copco

The screw is then picked up by the operator using either a vacuum adapter or a magnetized bit. With screws being presented in quick succession, your operators can move quickly and efficiently through their tasks without having to handle small, tricky screws.
The SDS Screw Presenter is easy to refill and does not require stopping production to do so. It’s a flexible, extremely useful solution, perfect for both automated and manual low torque assembly lines.
The Smart Vacuum Pump MT

This is an Atlas Copco accessory that provides the vacuum pressure required to pick-up screws from a presenter. It integrates easily with and communicates directly to the Atlas Copco MTF6000 controller, allowing for direct feedback, error-proofing, and rework during tightening.
The Smart Vacuum Pump MT is a flexible solution; it can be integrated into both automated and manual MicroTorque assembly stations. When used in automated applications with a MicroTorque screwdriver, a vacuum adapter, and the MTF6000, the vacuum pump automatically detects missing or tilted screws during production using the vacuum sensor built into this accessory.
