The dilemma

Before reaching out to us, our customer was using a press to assemble different pulleys. Not only was their productivity low, but it was also causing quality issues that needed to be identified and fixed before leaving the plant. This was causing their profits to take a hit due to the excessive amount of downtime.

Transforming assembly operations

Our experts knew we could transform our customer’s assembly with the right tooling solution. Based on their application, we knew they could benefit from 2-spindle and 4-spindle DC systems. These solutions would both speed up their assembly and improve their quality and operator experience.
