To meet these strict requirements, Egypt Otsuka has chosen 2 units of oil-free Class 0 rotary screw compressor ZR 160 VSD+ in addition to 1 unit of Heated desiccant dryer BD 2200 dryer

Compressed air quality with desiccant dryer BD
In addition, Egypt Otsuka wouldn’t compromise on their end product quality so they got 1 unit with Heated desiccant dryer BD 2200, which deliver clean, dry air with a guaranteed dew point of at least -40°C thanks to the dryer technology which consist of two pressure vessels next to each other. Both vessels are filled with desiccant. When one vessel is removing moisture, the other is regenerating and vice versa.
