What are some takeaways throughout your experience?

Atlas Copco publications

In my 26 years of experience, I have seen a variety of customers - friendly and interesting. Here is how I usually interact with my customers.

Firstly, I inform my customers of my visit before going to their site. This is very important as it allows them to be ready and not get upset with any last-minute appearances. Secondly, I ensure that I greet my customers with a warm smile and handshake upon meeting them. I will then proceed to discuss about the job schedule. After finishing my task, I will explain what I have done and tell them to call me if they face any issues or need a change of parts. I will wrap up my visit with another handshake.

What motivates you to give your best?

By treating customer nicely, rude customers will be friendly to me over time. Many times, customers directly contact me and ask for help to solve their compressor's problem. I will also try to solve their problems or I will inform my team leader about their issues. Moreover. customers also contact me even though it's a public holiday and ask me to send a technician due to a  breakdown. Frequently, customers thank me personally once their problems have been solved.

Until my last day of working in Atlas Copco, my first priority will always be customer's satisfaction.
