Isolation Hospital and Infectious Treatment Centre built in just 35 days
Atlas Copco Pakistan’s Medical Gas Solutions division installed the medical gas equipment for the newly formed first COVID-19 Isolation Hospital and Infectious Treatment Centre (IHITC) in Islamabad, Pakistan. The project was completed within a record of thirty-five days. The hospital is 250-bedded and will be used to treat not only COVID-19 infected patients but other infectious diseases as well.
Atlas Copco Pakistan’s distributor “Pakistan Oxygen Limited” delicately worked together on finalizing the hospital design, size, and supplied all the necessary medical gas equipment to meet the project timelines, which included Air plants, Medizones, Medical Gas Outlets, and Manifolds.
