New GA 30+ -45+ oil-injected rotary screw compressor delivers industry-leading fuel efficiency
With the introduction of the new GA 30 + -45 + series, Atlas Copco raises the bar even higher. An entirely new drive system considerably increases energy efficiency and offers our customers extremely low operating costs.
The demands for air compressors are more and more demanding. Companies investing in a compressed air system want it to be more energy efficient, more reliable, smarter, quieter, and smaller, with a lower total cost of ownership. With the new GA 30+ -45+ (30-45 kW), Atlas Copco offers all this and much more. Thanks to the latest version of Atlas Copco's patented compression element and an IE4 efficiency motor, the GA 30 + -45 + offers superior compressed air performance with 2.7% air flow more free and energy efficiency improved by 3.2% on average. Since energy costs represent the largest share of the total cost of a compressor, this new GA series significantly reduces operating costs.
In addition, the new GA can be serviced for half an hour faster than its predecessor thanks to the maintenance-free drive chain. The innovative quick-connect oil filter allows the filter to be removed and installed quickly.
The GA 30 + -45 + is equipped with a powerful cooling system with oversized coolers. The fan meets European energy requirements ERP2020 and is extremely quiet. This allows operators to operate their GA on their work plan without any interruption due to noise. The GA 30 + -45 + is designed for limited production space and utility space and is remarkably compact. The standard version is 32% smaller than its predecessor.
The GA 30 + -45 + is equipped with the Elektronikon® Touch, the most advanced controller from Atlas Copco. The easy-to-use touch screen offers advanced control and monitoring functions. These include a second delayed stop, various weekly schedules and an integrated control for a maximum of six compressors. In combination with SMARTLINK remote monitoring, users can maximize the performance of their compressed air system and optimize maintenance intervals.
