One highlight that drew attention from other multinationals was the story of Atlas Copco Pakistan’s first female Service Engineer, a role traditionally seen as “too physical” or “too male.” By creating space for women in such technical, field-based positions, we are not only breaking stereotypes but showing what’s possible when skill and ambition are given room to grow.
