Tensor STB to be replaced by Tensor ICB/ITB
After many great years in service Tensor STB’s are going to be fully replaced by Tensor IxB tools (represent a compact ICB and regular pistol and angle versions of ITB) by the end of 2023. The new battery tool generation brings even more flexibility, productivity and ergonomics. Moreover it’s well prepared for Industry 4.0!
So far Tensor IxB’s were only known as tools with an Integrated controller (no external HW controller needed to drive a tool) but now we’re launching a new feature IxBConnect that allows tools to be connected to a HW controller – PF 6000/8 via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
In comparison to STB models, Tensor IxB tools are faster and even more user-friendly. They provide improved wireless performance, support advanced features (TrueAngle), and enable use different batteries (14V, 18V, 36V).
