EasyStart gets you on track from the beginning
Starting out right is crucial to your investment. When your equipment is installed, we make sure that we are delivering high quality systems. Using our EasyStart process, our technicians have a detailed check list where every component of the system is reviewed and the system is tested to ensure it is functioning properly and you are ready to start production.
3 years continuous support available
Your maintenance and operations strategy has an impact, both on how smoothly your production runs and to your bottom line. Spare parts stock and a reliable process flow also need your attention. After your systems are installed, an analysis is performed with special attention to safety, process optimization and availability. Custom service packages are available based on your needs to cover your industrial dispensing, self-pierce riveting and flow drill fastening solutions.
EasyRun: Support during your first year of production. After start of production we analyze your systems regarding safety, process optimization and availability. Our main target is to keep attention high and give you better support concerning your needs and issues. Two inspections will be conducted in the first production year.
EasyRun+: Support during your first three years of production. In production years 1 - 3, we will inspect your systems twice a year and take care of all of your questions. This gives you peace of mind for three years that our systems will continue to perform and your production will not be interrupted.
After the first three years, we have a full offering of repair and preventive maintenance packages that can be customized based on your specific needs.
