What is MWR a mechatronic wrench?

- Wireless communication module
MWRs report click torque and peak torque as well as angle, so you know if your operator pulled through the click and overtightened a joint. There's operator feedback through 3 LEDs on the wrench. With mechatronic wrench you access cramped joints or make a rework easily with traceability of results. There are dozens of end fittings available with the option to customized them.
MWR system connects to your production environment via PF6000 using Virtual Station Manual Tightening or it can connect via compact controller PF61.
- This enables various communication interfaces like Open Protocol, Profinet, or digital I/Os as well as there are supported protocols like IPM.
