Can you tell us about your journey in Atlas Copco?

"I started working with Atlas Copco in logistics as a supply chain coordinator for around three years. I later transferred to Sales and Marketing Support, where I managed the Oil-free Air & Industrial Air division for a few years. When there was a restructuring, I stayed with the AIF team for an additional five years. During my time with the oil-free team, I am assigned an additional role as CRM lead which I really learn a lot in terms of changes & knowledge and also allow me to interface with professionals from different nationalities, backgrounds, and cultures. When coming to presentations, I am an introvert however over the years I learn and practice making it close to perfection".

A shift to communications...

In July 2022, Brenda was officially attached to communications as Marketing Automation in addition to her current role as CRM lead. The initial Marketing Automation's role requirement is to meet the required percentage in the Opportunity Win Rate set by the Lead Generation Group.  And with Brenda's expertise in CRM, she is an asset in meeting this target.

Your biggest goal that you have achieved during your time with Atlas Copco?

Over the years, I have been involved in a lot of projects like CRM and SAP which motivated me to adapt to changes faster than others. " A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often services simple as something to aim at"

What inspires you?

"Challenges can be hard in life. I am most enthusiastic about challenging myself constantly. For me, being challenged and going out of my way to push to the next level is inspiring".
